Whistleblowing, or reporting of an alleged wrongdoing, is an institution for the protection of persons who report violations of national regulatory provisions, as required by Legislative Decree 10 March 2023, n. 24, “Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019″.
Whistleblowing reports are those made by a worker who, in the performance of his duties, becomes aware of situations, facts, circumstances that, reasonably, may lead to the conclusion that an irregularity or an unlawful act has occurred.
